Airtable often holds the firm’s custom portfolio model, intake forms, collaboration interfaces, and automations. Those choices can fit a team unusually well. Uranus adds a more opinionated evidence-and-work model only where the team wants explicit period definitions, conflict review, and reviewed resolutions.

Choose an approved grid view with the required fields and deliberate filters. Export each relevant table, and preserve linked-record identifiers separately when needed. A CSV view is not a full relational backup or an attachment archive. Interfaces and shared views may also restrict downloading or copying.

For API-assisted export, a personal access token’s selected resources and scopes intersect with its creator’s access. A visual interface or filtered view should not be assumed to constrain every API read. Confirm the exact base and the administrator’s export controls before using an agent. In Uranus, map the permitted subset, review proposed company matches, and choose target sharing independently. This release includes an Airtable guide and generic files, with no native Airtable connector. A first pilot might track one unresolved board-pack question across Airtable and a retained founder document, then compare the completed cycle against the team’s existing automation.

A first import you can review

  • Choose a grid view with intended fields; remove filters for a full table or retain explicit approved subset.
  • Download CSV from the view menu, exporting each table separately. Preserve linked-record identities and schema separately.
  • For live reads, authorize a base-scoped PAT or OAuth with data.records:read and schema.bases:read as needed.

What Uranus adds today

Review the mapping, units, currency, and reporting month before committing. New metrics remain candidates until a workspace owner reviews them. Preserve originals and source identifiers, keep the requested next evidence visible, and attach a reviewed resolution when the work is complete. Export canonical records and version history when you need to move the work again.

This is a proposed workflow based on public documentation, not a paid-account benchmark or a demonstrated performance improvement. Verify the actual entitlement, export schema, and effective permissions with the firm’s administrator. Native formats require customer fixtures before claiming automatic compatibility.
