The Uranus suite / Whole-firm operations

One operating system for the full venture firm.

From mandate and first meeting to diligence, IC, portfolio support, LP reporting, and fund operations. Every function works from connected records and scoped evidence.

01 / Uranus Axiom

Take an opportunity from first look to IC.

When this happens: Pipeline context, diligence findings, and investment reasoning live in separate files.

What you get: One connected path through screening, diligence, the memo, and the reviewed investment decision.

How it works

Record the investment mandate and company context. Move an opportunity from sourcing to IC. Generate an eight-part diligence checklist, assign evidence requests, record findings, and review the memo and decision with source references.

02 / Uranus Meridian

Track each question to a reviewed close.

When this happens: Questions get buried in updates, spreadsheets, and meeting notes.

What you get: Open work stays visible until a workspace owner reviews the resolution and its evidence.

How it works

Record a question, due date, requested evidence, and next step. A workspace owner reviews the resolution note and its linked evidence. Founder support requires recorded founder approval before progressing.

03 / Uranus Continuum

Remember why you invested and what changed.

When this happens: A follow-on decision arrives after the original investment reasoning has been forgotten.

What you get: See the thesis, assumptions, dissent, and earlier versions beside what your team learned later.

How it works

Keep thesis, assumptions, dissent, conditions, sources, and later observations. Changes to an approved decision return it to draft review while immutable record versions preserve the earlier reasoning.

04 / Uranus Concord

Keep LP relationships and investor reporting connected.

When this happens: Fundraising, commitments, capital activity, and investor documents drift apart.

What you get: A connected LP record, campaign, reviewed capital history, and controlled statement-sharing workflow.

How it works

Link LPs to a fund, record fundraising targets and activity, and prepare investor update drafts. Preview the exact statement and reviewed documents before creating an expiring, revocable private investor link. NAV comes from the dated LP-specific record, with no inferred allocation.

05 / Uranus Treasury

Operate with dated, reviewed fund records.

When this happens: Investment positions, reporting inputs, and operational deadlines are disconnected.

What you get: Reviewed performance inputs, a posted trial balance, controlled period closes, and visible reporting and compliance work.

How it works

Use reviewed investment positions for gross MOIC and reviewed cash flows plus dated fund NAV for DPI, RVPI, TVPI, and net XIRR when calculable. Journal lines must balance to the cent. Posted entries remain immutable; reversing drafts and period-close controls retain the accounting trail. Operational obligations have an owner and deadline.

06 / Uranus Portico

Bring your data in without replacing your stack.

When this happens: Useful information is scattered across tools your firm already pays for.

What you get: Use reviewed field mapping, source IDs, retained originals, and dated import receipts to bring selected data into one workflow.

How it works

Upload an export or document. Map fields, validate rows, review entity matches, and commit a dated receipt. Duplicate batches replay safely. Imported metrics remain candidates. Selected provider read adapters stage permitted data for the same review flow; each connection must be tested with its own authorized account. Whole-firm JSON imports map linked deal, diligence, LP, investment, fund, document, meeting, and mission records. Preview the counts and references, reset approval states, retain a receipt, and export your authorized workspace.

07 / Uranus Observatory

Give your firm an agent team.

When this happens: Each function repeats the same reading, synthesis, and preparation work.

What you get: Start with a sourced draft and proposed next steps, with visible tool use and explicit human review.

How it works

Agents search and read explicitly selected records, use a fund-calculation tool, and prepare source-cited analysis. Inspect tool traces and apply proposals as private draft documents and owned internal work. Recurring missions retain their approved scope and goal; current permissions and run caps apply.

08 / Uranus Council

Show partners the facts and the work still open.

When this happens: Meeting preparation becomes another round of chasing numbers and asking who owns what.

What you get: One snapshot brings accepted figures, assigned follow-ups, decisions, and reviewed resolutions together.

How it works

Capture reviewed metrics, unresolved conflicts, assigned follow-ups, resolved work, and decisions in a fixed snapshot. Download Markdown or print to PDF. Permission changes can revoke access to a dependent snapshot.

Shared foundation / Evidence & knowledge

Keep research, meetings, and source evidence connected.

Record meeting agendas and notes, research, policies, investment memos, and investor drafts. Retain original uploads, exact source excerpts, dated financial definitions, and immutable record versions. Owners review consequential status changes.

Operating records with clear accountability.

Uranus provides the connected operating workspace and reviewed financial inputs. Your administrator, counsel, and approved delivery channels remain part of the firm’s process. Bank execution, tax filing, email delivery, enterprise SSO, and additional live provider connections require their own production integrations.
