HubSpot combines CRM records with marketing, sales activity, and configured outreach. That context remains valuable when an investment team imports selected companies into another workspace. Moving a contact does not create permission to enroll that person in a new campaign.

Start with an authorized object-view export and preserve record IDs, relevant associations, and any suppression context needed by the firm. HubSpot describes record exports as current properties and associations; complete historical activity may require another approved route. A source file should say what it contains and what remains in the CRM.

Uranus includes a bounded HubSpot company-read adapter for an owner-authorized token and one page of up to 100 companies. It stores the token encrypted, stages the response, and waits for a reviewed mapping before importing. No scheduled sync, activity archive, automatic campaign enrollment, or writeback is included. A general API token’s account scope must not be confused with the permission model of HubSpot’s remote MCP. The coexistence case is source-backed portfolio review and internal work resolution alongside the CRM. Measure whether that combination helps more than a well-configured existing HubSpot workflow.

A first import you can review

  • Open an authorized object view and export current properties/associations; include Record ID and internal property names where supported.
  • Export each needed object and association. Use activity APIs/reports separately for notes, calls and meetings.
  • Preserve unsubscribe/suppression fields and review mappings; onboarding must not enroll imported contacts into outreach automatically.

What Uranus adds today

Review the mapping, units, currency, and reporting month before committing. New metrics remain candidates until a workspace owner reviews them. Preserve originals and source identifiers, keep the requested next evidence visible, and attach a reviewed resolution when the work is complete. Export canonical records and version history when you need to move the work again.

This is a proposed workflow based on public documentation, not a paid-account benchmark or a demonstrated performance improvement. Verify the actual entitlement, export schema, and effective permissions with the firm’s administrator. Native formats require customer fixtures before claiming automatic compatibility.
